The eMBEDDED LEARNING™ System takes this to a new level by providing expert facilitation and coaching to support online study groups of between five and ten learners who - in addition to utilizing the expert for guidance, support, and insight - are also interacting with each other to share ideas, discuss concepts and practices, and share outcomes. These study groups become the Professional Learning Communities that help create the culture and climate of continuous learning for teachers that is directly tied to student learning.

This system of structured facilitation and group study ensures that quality improvements are uniform and course content is understood and applied by all learners.
